The pride of Agriturismo Gattogiallo is definitely our restaurant . Chef Alessandro Maver will lead you to discover the most typical flavours of this land, which he cherishes so passionately. The starting point is obvious, as our farm supplies us with excellent produce, and specialities are countless: tasty vegetables (Father's expert hands!) the oil, the wine, the spectacular suckling pigs offour wood roasting spit, the fresh eggs, the chickens bred with our own cereals and plucked by hand! And, what is more, the fondness for cooking of Alessandro, a chef of acknowledged talent, who, with these ingredients, will not certainly fail to astonish you and make you love this land. Everything here, but everything indeed, is home- made: the fresh egg pasta, the bread (really to taste!) the grilled T-bone steak (local baby beef, grilled on our brazier, unforgettable.... ) The wild boar in all ways, the excellent cold meats from our butcher masters in Montegabbione and the delicious raw-milk cheese from Montegiove. Finally the show of the desserts and icecreams, always home- made, of course!
